I have tried to submit an RMA on multiple nights, all ending with a message that tells me the service is not available with an apology. But I started several weeks ago when I first had computer issues. I have sent my motherboard back twice and have been unable to submit an RMA with Intel even once. Now, it really seems the problem is the CPU.

First of all let me apologize for any inconvenience in trying to submit the RMA to replace the processor.
In this case if the online support is not working then please get in contact directly with Intel through phone or also you can use the chat or email, you just need to select processor on product type and you will get those options on the following link, including the phone number:
