How do I understand the memory specifications table?

Really appreciate your kind help in advance.

I am currently trying to understand specifications of Intel processors, and there are some questions regarding memory specs.

For example, specs of Intel® Xeon® Processor E7-8894 v4 is on the link below :

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/96900/intel-xeon-processor-e7-8894-v4-60m-cache-2-40-ghz.html

and it says its max memory size is 3TB, max channel # is 4, and max memory bandwidth is 85 GB/s.

  1. Does it mean that each channels can support 3TB / 4 ?
  2. Can each channels support 85 GB/s? Or is it the sum of 4 channels?
  3. Can all these numbers be increased if I adopt multiple sockets? Or is it fixed regardless of the total number of sockets?

Sorry for my stupid question..
