How do you activate Quick Sync Video on 5500U?

I have an ASUS X751L with a 5500u. Do you need to do anything to activate the quick Sync function?

Hi,

Intel® Quick Sync Video is embedded on our Intel® HD Graphics 5500. It is not necessary to perform any special settings on our graphics control panel or on your motherboard BIOS.
