Maybe there're several versions of LGA2011 for different processors. So I wanna know the exact name of the socket for Xeon E5-2637 v2, Ivy Bridge EP and where to download its datasheet. Thank you very much for your kind help! I've googled for days, hah...

Thank you very much, Mr. Hill. Since I'm to work on the motherboard design, simple specifications are not enough. I wanna get the data sheet of E5-2637 v2 for pin map. Is there any open document? Please kindly help me.

All I can find at this point are these documents:

http://www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/processors/core/core-i7-lga-2011-datasheet-vol-1.html Intel® Core™ i7 Processor Family LGA-2011 Socket Datasheet, Vol. 1

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/xeon/xeon-e5-family-spec-update.html Intel® Xeon® Processor E5 Family: Spec Update

If these do not help, perhaps one of the Intel support staff can provide the links you need.

Thank you very much, Al. That helps a lot, although I'm afraid it's not very direct and exact.
