First, I'm Brazilian, so I'm the translator, so sorry for the words ...
Well, I have a Intel core i5 2300 2.80 GHz, only wanted to upgrade the bios of him, because his is 2011, and I couldn't, I was on the site of the MAI which is the manufacturer of bios, I've been on that is the manufacturer of pcware motherboard, but it the bios I have to install manually by the computer, but I wanted a simple and useful program.
Well, I saw my processor information here at Intel that is 2.80 GHz, and can get to 3.10 GHz, but I wanted to know how, because I can't mess with this turbo boost, someone teaches?

I understand you need to update the computer BIOS. At this stage, you need to contact your computer manufacturer's web site and download an appropriate BIOS version for your motherboard model or computer model.
If you managed to update the BIOS, you need to make sure the BIOS provides an option for Turbo Boost and enable this feature that way you can get up to 3.1GHz of processor frequency.
