I have a new just purchased i9-12900kf purchased to upgrade from a i5-12400f

the P cores are maxing out at 2.3GHz and its bench-marking badly.

the E cores are ok, hitting 3.9GHz, temps are under 60c

B660 chipset, I checked the Bios and made sure its in normal/performace mode and not power saver. XMP is enabled on the memory DDR4-3600

I ran the Intel processor diagnostic tool and it looks like everything passed, log attached.

any help would be great thanks!

Check your Windows Power Options - this can happen if the Power saver plan is selected.
