Intel Core I7 12 gen Processor with Turbo Boost 4.9Ghz details require

HI,

In 1 of our customer requirement they would be asking Intel Core I7 Processor with Turbo bosst upto 4.9Ghz Speed.

We have ntel® Core™ i7-1270P vPro™ Processor (with Intel vPro® Technology) / 18MB cache,
2.2 GHz up to 4.8 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology in our rugged Tablet CF-33.

Due to 4.8Ghz customer is not accepting our product.

Kidly suggest way forward to or if any mobile processor availble in Intel processor list with require specs then pls suggest.

At 4.8GHz maximum turbo boost the 1270P was the fastest 12th gen Core i7 mobile CPU available. There was no processor in the range that could boost up to 4.9 GHz at stock settings. Faster speeds were available in the 13th/14th gen processor range such as the Core i7 1370P which was a 5.20 GHz part.

Could you please confirm where can I get this information on Intel portal or any document be available to produce to customer.

Customer wants a document or website proof though which we can explain the situation.
