Hi There,
We recently bought some E5-2643 v2 CPUs which turned out to be E5-2643 ES CPUs.
What should I do about sorting out this situation? I don't feel like we should have these CPUs and I would be keen to resolve this issue.
Any answers are much appreciated.
Cheers,
Stu

Request an exchange of the processors with the place of purchase, it will be necessary to provide with the proof of purchase of them.
