Here is the requested specs on my Windows 7 computer. To summarize, I have been playing an MMO game for many years. After the last game patch I received the error message "Hardware Feature Level 10" and the game closes. I am currently running directx 11 so I don't understand what the issue is.

You have processor graphics for your i3-2120..
The last driver was dated June 2015.
