Hello fellow intel friends. Im here to show you a photo. As you can see from the picture, I have TWO INTEL Graphics instead of one. This happened after installing Intel driver from Acers website. Since the intel driver installed by windows after windows 8.1 update gave me few issues.

ISSUE

1. I cant do Manual refresh by doing "Right click in desktop , and click REFRESH" only way for me to refresh is by clicking F5

2. ALSO After playing for too long with my laptop. The side screen wont appear! You know.. the one when you swipe your mouse to the right screen, and the side screen will appear.

But it wont T_T

So my question is Why are there TWO Intel Graphics options? Please i need answers, Thank you very much !

Hello Druglord,

This is very strange and I have never seen this before so please provide me with the system report information and the graphics report. How to get it?

System Information: Click Start> Type System Information> Click File> Export> Save File> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

Graphics Report: Right click on desktop> Graphics Properties> Options> Drop Down Menu> Information Center> Save> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

Regards

Hello Druglord,

Thank you for sharing this information.

Please uninstall all graphics driver you have following these steps:

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm

Follow each method and restart the computer after each method. Once you do this, try installing the following driver:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24826/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24826/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit

In the worse case, I think reinstalling the Operating System may fix this problem.

Yow Kevin.

Thanks for your help. I managed to fix it by installing Intels driver from intels website. It finally solved the problem. No more duplicated "Graphics properties" and "Graphics option". Or you can use windows update to install the latest intel driver.

Then again, thank you very much for your help Kevin.!
