It is not supported on windows 10 32-bit, and is supported on Windows 10 64-bit, but only if you upgraded from Windows 7 or 8.x

Personally, I would upgrade to a new(er) system that is fully supported on Windows 10, and avoid the problems and heartbreaks you will experience.
