I see that the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool is compatible with OS - Windows 10 and Server 2012, but what about 2016?...Is there a specific tool for 2016?
Thanks

Hello marshef31,
Thank you for joining this Intel Community Support.
I understand that you would like to install the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool in Windows Server 2016*. I would like to provide more information about this.
According to Intel®Processor Diagnostic Tool Release Notes > 2 IPDT Test System Requirements, these are the operating systems compatible with the tool:
Windows 10
Windows 8.1
Windows 8
Windows 7 SP1
Windows Server 2012
Windows Server 2008 R2 (not supported on Server Core Role)
Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

If you have a processor listed at the Download Center, you can attempt to run this tool. However, its functionality has not been tested in this environment. My recommendation is that you continue checking our Download Center for further updates about this compatibility with other operating systems.
I hope you find this information helpful.
