The problem is that the Speed Optimizer 2.0 profile does not always apply automatically when the system reboots. And when I open the app, it does however say Intel Speed Optimizer 2.0 is turned on, but the core frequency readings from CPUZ show they're only at default. How do I fix this?

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Was the Speed Optimizer working before?
2. Can you take a picture or video where we can see the issue?
3. What is the brand and model name of your processor?
4. Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?
5. Did the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) come preinstalled or did you install it?
