We(At least 50 people, including me.) haven't received the code since the coupon is still valid, and Intel hasn't been able to solve this problem properly.
Don't try to shut someone else's mouth just because it's not your problem.

It's an issue with an Intel product in regards to their promotion for a product. Intel has actively replied to folks here. That validates this thread's purpose and existence.
Anyway, quick update: I reached out to Intel and suggested they offer folks a Steam gift card to make up for the mistake. Here was the response:

What response were you expecting to get? This is a technical support community. The Intel Customer Support (ICS) folks monitoring these forums are here to try and help with technical questions and issues. They know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about any contests or promotions that have or are going on. All they can do in these cases is play messenger (a.k.a. monkey in the middle) and blindly pass on the suggestion and, if a response is provided, blindly pass back this response. Bottom line, you shouldn't be expecting any other type of response from the ICS folks for this kind of post and you shouldn't expect any response to this post to come back in quick succession.

Hey Mary, I just checked and my code appears on the starter pack page now. Thank you very much for your assistance and thanks to all other Intel community folks, including Al and Wanner, who contributed to the thread and guided the discussion. I was able to redeem a Steam key and download the game. I just wanted to post an update in case others run into the same issue.

Hi Mary,
The exact same thing is occurring with the codes of Playerunknown's Battlegrounds for the Intel Starter Pack I was issued a Master Key for. When I first went to claim it, it said to come back on the 25th August for codes due to being Temporarily out of inventory", then the 28th August, then 5th September. It is now the 5th September, and the redemption page still says "Temporarily out of inventory. Check back soon!", just as it has on the previous two dates, and it has been saying this all day.
This is the exact same issue which was seen with the Vermintide codes. Would you be able to see if this can be sorted out please?

I have just tried to redeem the codes for BF1 and PUBG and both are displaying the same out of stock you describe. I hope we can get to a happy ending like the previous issue? I was very much looking forward to these games.

Having the exact same issue, told me to come back on the 25th August and no game, then told me to come back the 5th Sep and still no game.
really want to play PUBG! 1 of the main reason i bought this laptop.

Hello everyone. I have a problem with my Intel Master key. When I activate it - I can get Call of Duty Black Ops 4. I have an error - We are temporarily out of stock for a software title, but we are working to get more codes soon. Please check back for updates.
I have to know - when can I get this game. Any help?
