Hello,
I have Intel® Core™ i7-2620M Processor,
I have launched Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and I got this:
..Query 4..
..
--- Querying for Intel(R) Integrated Graphics Device (IGD) ---
..Intel(R) Integrated Graphics Device not supported on this processor..
..Skipping Intel(R) Integrated Graphics Device Presence Test..
As I know i7-2620M is integrated with Intel® HD Graphics 3000.
Please help to explain.
Regards, Rok

Thanks for joining the processor community.
I understand graphics controller does not seem to be detected when running the processor diagnostic tool.
That message happens because the utility tries to diagnose onboard graphics controller but there is an external video card installed on the computer.
In other words, this is expected if you are not currently using Intel graphics controller.
Allan.
