Is my CPU fake ?

I bought an i7-4712MQ from here a while ago...Just because I ordered it from China, I am kind of suspecting that it is fake...Given the information below, Do you think it is fake ?

(1) The BIOS says it is i7-4712MQ.

So, you order from China, then immediately suspect it is fake, and come here wanting to know for certain that this 8 year old processor is not fake.  Talk about buyer's remorse.  My first response is to send it back.  But, they probably will not take it back.

Download the IPDT and run it.
