Is xeon phi series available for common desktop platform like H77?

We got an old H77 mother board with a I7 2600,of which seems ok for usages like pentiums today.But so far as to be a modern Cores.The price of second hand xeon phi like 3120A are low,so is it functions normally on a common PCIE2.0X16 on a common desktop motherboard?
