Hi there,
I recently bought a laptop with an i-5 processor and I was supposed to receive a master key on the receipt.
However, I did not get this key. Due to this, my frequent attempts resulted in the system saying that the limit of attempts had been reached.
After finally receiving the code (through asking for it via the customer support team at Currys pc world), I attempted to enter the correct code only for it to say that the limit had been reached.
I had already waited 48 hours for this and have looked across different forums for solution without avail.
I'm disappointed with the lack of help I have found and would like some assistance on how this problem can be rectified.
I've attempted to refresh my browser, delete ALL cache data on it, uninstall and reinstall said browser, attempt it on a different browser and leave it for over 24 hours.
So now I have a master key but no way of using it.
Please may I have some help.
Many thanks,
Bilal Azhar-Ibrahim

I think same key has been sent to few customers , and they already claimed . May be that's the reason of the eason you getting error .
Ask the customer care , for new unclaimed master key

I've definitely made sure that the key works. It's just that the server isn't allowing me to enter a code correct or incorrect.
