Legion 5 Pro i7-12700h/3070 Really high temps.

Hello! is it normal to have CPU temps at 90-100celcius while gaming at high/ultra settings? like when playing  Red dead redemption 2 my CPU temps goes to always to 95-100celsius? Dont even need to play longer than 30mins. I know that disabling intel turbo boost will help but i dont want to do that if these temps are normal for gaming laptops. My laptop dont have any dust on it and the back is lifted up. My GPU 3070 Temps are like 90celsius too...

A reviewer of your laptop noted a maximum CPU temperature of 97C and a maximum GPU temp of 75C. So your results do not look completely out of line with those. The reviewer did not mention room temperature and that is obviously a factor. And of course the laptop if run for long periods can heat up a room.
