I was checking the information you provided us, and I would like to inform you those details "FPO" and "ATPO" are not programmable into the source code of the processor. For that reason, we can not extract the information using a specific command.
May I ask you the reason why you would like to see those details? Have you noticed some issues with the processor?
I will be waiting for your outcome in order to provide you the most accurate information.
