Dear all, recently I have got a chip (looks like a laptop BGA Chip over an LGA Base) with a marking of QDF0 ES, now I know this is an Engineering Sample, but can anyone please tell me some more details about this chip? my hobby is collecting computer processors and i can not make it to my catalog as I have almost zero information about it... Thanks in advance.

Hi. please accept my apologies. I was busy with the office . Well, I always put the CPUs on a catalog like the picture, but this one I can not put this on a record, as I do not have any information, like which generation, is it a BGA or LGA? because looks like it is a BGA Chip over an LGA base. also, what is the speed of this sample CPU ... etc.
