MTBF for intel xeon cpu 6230

Hi,

Would anybody help me to find the MTBF or FIT reliability information for the following Intel parts?

CPU: Intel® Xeon® Gold 6230 Processor ,SPEC CODE: SRF8W, STEPPING: B1.

Another question, does the formula of MTBF = 1 / FIT apply to all Intel CPUs?
