Master key

I bought recently a new pc and i got the master key for 3 games wich includes world of tanks. I used the master key, and it gave me the licences for these 3 games.

But, when i try to use the licence i got for World of Tanks it doesn't work. It just says : The WG code is not valid. Please try again.

Also i've sent 2 support messages from that site(softwareoffer.intel.com), and after 5minutes i saw that someone made an account for me on ironhorse jira (atlassian)...and i activated because i thought to be some "form of communication " from intel support. I saw something there with Master key but i don't know if they are part of intel...and why i can't delete the account.

Can someone help me?

Hello Masmerize:

In order to fix this problem a new code might be needed, so please get in contact directly with us through chat, email, online support or phone support, here is the link to do that, just select processors on the product and you will see those options:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html# @12 http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html# @12

When you get in contact with them, they will ask you for the following information in order to request a new code, so you can try to gather it in the mean time:

What is the URL where you are trying to redeem the codes?

Where did you purchase the processor?

Do you have a scan of the receipt with a valid promotion code?

Please provide us with the proof of purchase of the processor.

What software did the promo offer?

Any questions, please let me know.

Alberto
