My cpu is run at low fequency like this picture. Even i stress it, it reach the 100% ultilizitation, but not the highest GHZ (3.7 ghz) that only 3.2 or 3.3 ghz, maybe that preventing from overload, but when i bench with single core it jump to 3.4 or 3.5 ghz, that make me play minecraft laggy. Pls help.

Mainboard : ASUS H61M-K
CPU : Intel Core i5 3550s
Ram : 4 x 2 sticks 4 gbs 1333 ghz
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
