Hello everyone, I have an issue with installing Windows 11 24H2 not detecting SSD. I have tried to load the iRST driver downloaded from Intel and Acer, but the installation is failed with message " Error installing driver". I have tried to use Disk Part Tool, but no SSD list in CMD. however, the SSD is found in BIOS it means that SSD is recognized by BIOS.
I really appreciate if someone can guide me to solve this issue.
The laptop is:
Acer Aspire C24-1800
Intel Corei5-1334u
Thanks
Edited: I tried to upgrade the laptop to see if there is any problem and what I thought was right. Upgrade was failed with the error code: "Install error - 0xc1900101".

If you are not specifically using raid, you do not need the iRST driver.
Just make the 24H2 install media as directed by Microsoft on this link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11
Then do the install. You do not need use the disk part tool. Just clean the drive you are installing on during the install process.

Adding to Al's post,
- If you are not going to use RAID, ensure that you have Intel RST disabled in BIOS Setup.
- When installing Windows 11, when you get to the scene where you are selecting the drive to install to, use the tools provided there to delete all existing partitions on the drive. Then tell the installer to install to the free space on the drive (which should now encompass the entire drive). This ensures that a fresh UEFI GPT partition table is created on the drive.
Hope this helps,
