Hi
I made sample board 6ea with designed RPLlake-S.
Processor model: i7-14700T
Motherboard model : RPLlake-S
Bios : Ami bios label 62
The 3ea board is booting well,
but 3 board meet BIOS_RESET_CPL crash when booting up.
But it is booting well as below scenario.
1. The board is booting fail in BIOS_RESET_CPL.
2. The power is off and power on in 5 seond.
3. The box is booting well to shell.
And it is booting fail as below scenario.
1. The box is booting well to shell
2. The power is off and power on after 2 minute.
3. The box is booting fail in BIOS_RESET_CPL.
I don't know which part to debug? (hw issue or bios issue)
Can you give me some info to debug?

We use bios ver. RC code: 0c.00.c6.50
The board is booting fail in BIOS_RESET_CPL.

Let me verify first if the components that you are using are known working units.
- The i7-14700T is a known working processor? Did you already tried this on a retails board?
- Have you also tried a different processor on your designed board?
