Well, you are talking about a motherboard change as your current processor is soldered to the board.

And, since we are talking about a motherboard change, the processor advancements in the past decade means that many processors offer what you want, so the sky is the limit.

"What cpu will change from a Celeron N2940 1.83 ghz. to a Higher Ghz. I'm looking to find around a 2.7 to a 3.7 ghz CPU  chip thats interchangeable. Thanks"  and was posted by @What-is-a-Computer
