Recommended footprint for C621 chipset

I can't find  package drawing, recommended footprint and drawing of paste stencil for EY82C621-SR3HL (FCBGA1310 package).
Could anybody help me and show a document with it?

I found

The main question is the recommended thickness of the paste stencil.

Hello, Deivid.

We develop server equipment based on OCP documentation from Facebook.
We place these chipset on Tioga Pass server motherboard with Intel Xeon Scalable processors.
