I recently acquired a xeon gold 6138, which is missing a couple capacitors/resistors on the pad side of the pcb. Does anyone have values for the capacitors/resistors and/or a layout of what capacitors are where and their values?

I took your advice and contacted my place of purchase but they couldn't give me any details on how the chip was damaged. If you have any recommendations on where I could potentially find extra information it would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Hello Dougie304,

Thank you for the additional information.

If you purchase purchase the processor less that 30 ago and it is defective your should get in touch with the place of purchase for warranty assistance. If it has been more than 30 days and your have a retailed boxed processor, your will have a 3 year warranty.

In order to determine the warranty of your processor your can check this link:

Finally, we do not disclose information on the capacitors, resistors and the layouts of our processors, unfortunately.
