Reporting an attempted sale of an Intel engineering sample CPU

I'd like to report the attempted sale of an Intel Engineering CPU to Intel. Someone tried to link this sale in our FORUM but I have removed the sale as I believe it is illegal:

I and many others were part of an Indiegogo campaign to fund a Morefine S600 mini-pc based on an Intel Core i9-12900HK mobile processor. Unfortunately, I received the mini-PC a couple of months after my investment in the campaign, and I have had several problems with it.

Despite correct settings, I have had trouble waking the mini-PC from sleep mode with my keyboard or trackball. I installed one of the fastest PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs on the market to go with the purportedly speedier processor and an Intel AX211 wireless card. Still, I haven't noticed a discernible difference in performance between this system and a mini-PC based on a Ryzen 7 4700U CPU with Radeon Vega graphics, PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD, and an AMD RZ608 Wi-Fi 6e with half the bandwidth. Finally, and most troubling of all, the system occasionally shuts down without warning. My mouse cursor gets fuzzy and distorted just before the screen powers off, and if I have music playing, that stops, too. The PC's power light is still on, the network connection light is blinking, and the fan is still running, although it is revving at a higher speed. Still, I'm unable to get back to my Windows session. The only way I can get back into the system is by turning off the power and turning it back on, which starts a new session. After losing some work once or twice, I started saving more frequently and closing windows when I was done. I haven't had multiple crashes in a day, but I've had one every week to 10 days. This is unacceptable for the $700 plus I paid for the system.

I learned from another campaign contributor that his processor registered in CPU-Z as an engineering sample, so I checked mine. Unfortunately, it also has "(ES)" after the processor name in the specification section of CPU-Z (see the attachment). Not only is this illegal, but it would also explain the instability and performance problems many other campaign contributors and I are having. How do you recommend we proceed?

First, you should have started a new thread for yourself.

Second, return your device for a refund.  There is nothing that can be done here as Morefine S600 is not an Intel product.

At Alliexpress you can find multiple listings of Custom mATX Motherboards with mobile 13900HK Engineering Samples CPUs hardwired with a custom plate and sold as legitimate and genuine. After I  bought it and realized its an Engineering Sample (ES) i could not return or get refunded by alliexpress.  From the Chinese at alliexpress point of view its all business as usual to screw INTEL and their Customers.

My apologies if this was posted incorrectly. I saw that others who had made purchases of engineering samples posted here as well. I am already in the process of requesting a replacement with a production version of the CPU. Thank you for your reply.

Is there a simpler way to report ES sellers other than posting links here? Is intel actually interessted in taking them down, there are so many. Just a quick search below on ebay.
