Server upgrade to 2012

I have an Intel Xeon x5650 2.67ghz 4 GB ram running server 2003 32bit. Can I install server 2012 on this and would you recommend it? I know it would have to be a clean install just wondering about the processor.

Hi Reblsol,

For operating system compatibility, you would need to check on the server board side since the processor.does not determine support for the OS.
