Unit failed at the ICT shorts stage.
Curve tracer test confirmed that the root cause was a component that is internally shorted.
No manufacturing defects were found in the PCBA.

Hello, @Simon-Intel:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

We need to clarify that the Intel® Xeon® D-1713NTE Processor is not an Embedded processor, as you may confirm on the following website:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/226104/intel-xeon-d1713nte-processor-10m-cache-up-to-3-30-ghz/specifications.html

Due to this, it is not supported through the last channel that you suggested to submit this request.

Please consider this information when you provide the previous suggestion, or transfer any forums to the channel that you mentioned in your last communication.

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.
