Hello. I can upgrade my i5 CPU to  i7-2620M dual core CPU on a HP Probook 6360b ?

That's a good question -- for HP, not Intel.

In order for a processor to be upgraded,

  • The existing processor must be socketed. Many laptops do not socket their processors, making them almost impossible to replace.
  • The new processor must be supported by the motherboard's power, cooling and BIOS subsystems.

Only the manufacturer of the motherboard can answer (all of) these questions.
