Not a chance.

The B365 chipset is designed to support Coffee Lake processors. Though I keep seeing Kaby Lake be mentioned, it matters not; Kaby Lake is 7th gen and Intel supports ONLY Windows 10 on 7th gen and later processors (i.e. no Windows 7, no Windows 8 and no Windows 8.1 support at all). Feel free to try and hack something older together, but it will not be supported.
