Warranty i9 13900k

Hello,
I have an i9 13900k CPU that failed after a few months of use. I sent the warranty to the distribution store.


I sent it on March 3, 2024. It's been more than 3 months now and I still don't have clear information about my CPU (I sent a message to the distributor to ask but received unclear answers).


I don't know if Intel can help me check if that CPU is being received by Intel.
If possible, please let me know what information I need to provide on the CPU to be able to check.

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.


It is best if you contact your reseller and ask for the update or status of the Warranty replacement.

They may have their own database or reference number of your request and they should provide an update on the status of the RMA.
