A number of the Gold and Platinum Skylake Xeons have the L or M suffix. What do they mean? I see a list somewhere on the Intel website that said M was for mobile, but clearly a Xeon is not a mobile processor. I can't seem to find the list now, but it is largely irrelevant, as it clearly did not apply to Xeons.

"L" suffix for low power embedded
"M" suffix for mobile
For example see the comparison table.
