Where could I found Raptor Lake-S Refresh IOMT Tool?

Hi support team,

I would like to ask one question for  Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14500  Raptor Lake-S Refr. CPU.

Recently I would like to test IO margin tool on this chipset.

but the 715231_RPL_S_IOMT_1_0_14_1_PV_Release version could not work on my desktop.

could I know where should I download correct IOMT version?

Actually I already download Intel IOMT tool for Raptor lake  but could not work in my desktop.

And I could not found IOMT tool for raptor lake s refresh in the link that you provide.

Could I have your kind support to check internal if there's any tool version could work for this chipset?
