I need to update my information I am trying to sign in I mean not trying to sign in I am trying to update my information so I can get my refund for my processor

This post is really good which is describe in above but i have another issue when i tried to install the latest version of windows 10 then it shows an error windows defender error 577, so i want a solution how to remove this error as soon as possible.
