Hi,

I have installed Windows 10 IOT 2021 Enterprise OS on our product and observed 'Yellow question marks in Device Manager' for the below devices.

'Base System Device'

'Multimedia Controller'

'Universal Serial Bus(USB)Controller'

'Unknown device'

I tried chipset driver but it didn't solve: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/780252/intel-chipset-device-software-for-windows-10-64-bit-and-windows-10-iot-enterprise-for-intel-nuc-13-compute-element-elm13ib-x.html?wapkw=chipset

Could you help us to find the appropriate driver for the above issues?

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel NUC.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. What is the exact model of your Intel® NUC 13?

2. What is your Windows 10 version and build?

3. What is the IOS version installed?

4. Was the unit working before? When did the issue start?

Hi Deivid,

Thanks for the response.

Below are the details:

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC

System Model:  POC-421-12

System Type:  x64-based PC

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1265UE, 1700 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)

Yes with Windows Update some issues are fixed but i don't want to do that. As per my requirement i have to install the drivers manually.

Hello Xing_Mike1,

Thanks for the information provided. I was performing additional investigation and I would like to let you know that the NUC may not be compatible with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC. Microsoft provides all the drivers needed for the operating system to work and the driver from the computer manufacturer (Intel in this case) could not work properly.

If you are not having issues with the regular version of Windows 10, I recommend you check with Microsoft to get the right drivers for Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC.

Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
