Why do Xeon Gold 5218 B and Xeon Gold 5218 Intel have different model numbers even though they have the same specifications?

B suffix: B is not a feature suffix, but instead used by Intel to distinguish between the Xeon Gold 5218 Intel® Xeon® Gold 5218 Processor and the Intel® Xeon® Gold 5218B Processor. These two processor models have the same core counts, frequencies, and features, however they are based on different die configurations.

Can we have information about this processor's theoretical peak value (GFlops and TFlops)? 

we have 4 nodes and each node has 2*20 = 40 cores and 128Gb memory. 

Actually, what flop size is to be considered for this processor?
