I have server using Xeon processor configuration and I am unable to install windows XP professional.

A little more specific information would be helpful. What's the model of the CPU and motherboard? Any other hardware configuration like RAID? Normally it's not the CPU that prevents OS installation. Instead, check mothertboard and storage controller for drivers required for OS installation.
