circuit graphique du processeur intel hors service

Bonjour,

je travaille sur plusieurs unités centrales HP Elitedesk 800 G1 sff et Prodesk 600 G1 sff. Il m'arrive de changer certains composants en fonction des besoins et ce depuis plusieurs années.

Dernièrement deux processeurs m'ont lâché (Intel i7 4770 et i3 4130). ils marchaient très bien et quand ils furent remontés sur d'autres machines, de nombreux artefacts sont apparu et bloquent le système m'obligeant à effectuer des redémarrage forcés(seulement sur ces deux processeurs parmi des dizaines). je travaille de manière soigné : appliquant la pâte thermique, mise a jour, pilote graphique, etc... je sais l'apparition des artefacts sont dû en général au circuit graphique, mais dans mon cas il fait partie du processeur.

Un processeur peut il avoir juste son circuit graphique endommagé?

Les artefacts du i7 et i3 sont parfaitement identiques et sur de différentes machines, quelle est la source du problème? en désactivant le pilote graphique Intel HD 4400 pour i3 et Intel HD 4600 pour i7, la machine tourne parfaitement plusieurs heures sans bugs et processeur aussi.

Malheureusement juste avec la carte graphique de base Microsoft. J'ai intégré une carte PCI graphique 705 Nvidia et ça tourne parfaitement.

Mes processeurs peuvent-ils être partiellement endommagés?

To answer your question, yes, the processor can get defective just on the graphics portion, which will result in different issues regarding the video quality. To confirm what is the source of the problem is kind of difficult, because the problem could be related to different factors, most of the times it is related to the pins or the internal components of the processor unable to connect with the GPU part of it.

Remember that Intel provides 3 years of warranty for the processor.

J'ai utilisé pratiquement tous les Intel Pentium (depuis 1995, Intel Pentium 1 100/133 Mhz), c 'est la première fois que je suis face a cette situation et j'aimerai savoir quand je me suis trompé et à quel niveau,

Deux processeurs de même génération à 1 semaine d'intervalle tombent en panne. c'est rare pour moi.

surtout savoir si moi j 'ai fait une erreur de manipulation ou pas, s'il y a une incompatibilité avec les système ou pas, etc...

pour éviter que la prochaine fois je ne fasse pas de mauvaise manipulation.

In regard to your inquiry, it is really difficult to confirm what was the reason why the processors got defective, specially when you are using a OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product. Remember that when you use an OEM product, before trying any changes we always recommend to get in contact with the manufacturer of it, in this case HP, to make sure that all the changes that you will do are approved by them, eg compatibility of the parts. Normally that type of PC is not customizable, and it was design to work as it is with no modifications. So, you were not deceived, the PC could get defective at any point specially if the components that you installed are not fully compatible with each other.
