Hi Robbe_B,
Let's try testing your system with the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool, to verify the functionality of your system. The diagnostic checks for brand identification, verifies the processor operating frequency, tests specific processor features, and performs a stress test on the processor.
Please attach the results to your answer.

Are you getting any error message? What is the driver version you are using?
Regards,
Hellen.

Hi,
For sure Robee_B this case will be open till that; by the way, your processor seems to be fine, it passes all the tests. This is the max temperature allowed to your processor 72.72°C.
Are you getting any error message?
What is the driver you have to reinstall?
Regards,
Hellen.

Hi Robbe_B,
We recommend you work with your computer manufacturer before installing our driver so you don't lose features or customizations.
I suggest you to try ASRock latest driver version:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20B85%20Killer/?cat=Download&os=Win1064 http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20B85%20Killer/?cat=Download&os=Win1064
Unless you are installing an operating system, you do not need to install the Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility.

Please let me know the outcome, hope this helps you.

Hi Robbe_B,
I'm sorry about this, from this point I recommend you to contact your motherboard manufacturer, and report to them this issue you are getting with the INF driver.
We sell our Intel chipsets and processors to third party manufacturers and they design their own computers with their own features, settings, and capabilities. For that reason they design their own drivers, to meet the exact specifications on their computers.
