how to determine the running frequency of a integrated Memory Controller?

Hi,

I would like to know the running frequency of a integrated Memory Controller (iMC) for Intel CPU, by knowing this value I can roughly calculate out the bandwidth provided by a iMC so that I will know if the iMC can provide enough bandwidth for fully populated memory over all of the memory channels.

There must be an official document describe it, please help!

It can be anyone of the E5-2600 family. I just want to know where to find such information. could you please guide to do so?

In addition, I would like to know how does iMC connect with CPU? Would it be more than one memory controller inside the CPU?
