I built up my pc in Sep,2015 and it kept freezing since then. I've changed every components of it (which cost me 500 dollar more) except Cpu and it still freezes till now.
I bought the boxed Cpu i5-6600 on amazon prime @US. However, i just threw the box after installation. I want to RMA the CPU but no one is answering at customer service.
Can someone help me out? It drives me crazy for two years!!!! mikec_intel

Could you get the processor replacement?

I've already installed the replacement. Intel sent it using next day UPS at the expense of customer. (25 dollar)
I will try different test these days to see if the problem was defective CPU
