I'm getting very low performance in benchmarks and low fps in games
Intel Core i5 9400F @ 2800 MHz - CPU-Z VALIDATOR (x86.fr)

In reference to this scenario, it is important to mention that third-party tools, such as CPU-Z, might have misreadings and the results when using those applications might not be that accurate.
In order to rule out any possible hardware issue with the processor, please install and run the Intel

Keep in mind that the good performance of the machine not only depends on the processor itself but your whole hardware configuration, the rest of the components such as motherboard, memory RAM, HDD/SDD, and other parts come into play as well.
Based on that, we also recommend to get in contact directly with ASUS Support to make sure the latest BIOS version is currently installed in your computer or, if necessary, to gather the instructions on how to update it:
