i7 14700k latencia alta em jogos multitarefas

estou com graves problemas com meu processador a bios da minha placa mãe já está atualizada para colocar o processador em modo standard, e mesmo assim em jogo como cod mw3 chega a congelar a tela. se abrir live ou executar mais de 1 aplicativo dai pode dar adeus travamento que fica impossivel de jogar,

i7 14700k

64gb ram ddr5

rtx 4080 super

fonte 1000w corsair

1tb nvme 7500mb

placa mãe z790 steel legend

 

alguem pode me da um socorro, gastar isso e não poder usufruir do pc ta osso
