i9-9900k intel core is resting at 99 - 100 C.

My i9-9900k intel core is resting at 99 - 100 C.  My cooler is broken and will not be able to be replaced right away.  Should I refrain from using the computer until I can replace the cooler?  If I do not, am I risking damage to my processor and/or motherboard?

I would refrain from continued/constant usage at that temperature.
