Windows 10 (W10) is only just over a year away from End Of Life. So it would make sense to go with Windows 11 (W11). I have used Intel 14th gen hardware with both 10 and 11, and I think W11 performs a touch better. W11 is also more secure than W10 and will be getting security and other dates for some time to come.

For all these reasons I would recommend W11.

The issue of stability in games is really an issue of BIOS settings more than anything else. You have updated to the latest BIOS, and if you have not done so already I would advise installing the latest chipset and ME driver for your board from the MSI website.

Thanks for the reply! I have an MSI motherboard, sorry I forgot to specify! I have the latest version of BIOS. I also did the recommendation from Intel, I don't know if it's good to do it or not....
I have all the updates up to date
