intel core i7-6500u cpu - Windows 11 support

Hi There,

 

I have an excellent processor in my spectre laptop, and overall great performance but cannot upgrade to Windows 11. 

When I run the PC health check it tells me that the  intel core i7-6500u cpu 2.50ghz cpu is not supported.

Will intel be releasing an update?

It is not an Intel problem.   Microsoft will not support anything but 8th gen and later processors on Windows 11.
